You can simply use a paper lunch bag where you can buy in the store as little as $1.99 for 100 of them or use a free paper bag that you get from the grocery store. The paper bag acts as a very fine sandpaper. Just use the paper bag once the top coat has dried and rub over the surface and it will knock off that roughness. And the great part is it doesn't leave scratch marks like a sandpaper would. This technique leaves the top of your piece SMOOTH AS SILK!
